I never see a guy with big pecs and a six pack with hair on his body. And I did notice that when I started working out my biceps and triceps that I just have these small white hairs. So does working out and growing muscle reduce or stop hair growth on your body?
Honestly, I would think that working out and growing muscle would cause hair GROWTH because of the boost in testosterone levels. Hmm. I really don’t think anyone has studied this. But you yourself said that you noticed the appearance of new little white hairs on your arms. It seems that you are GROWING small hairs due to your workout, not losing them.
As for the big guys with the big pecs and arms, many weightlifters and bodybuilders actually shave off their torso hair because this lets the muscle tone be seen more. Many guys never intend to do this but, after they start gaining huge results, they "go all out" and shave off body hair and (often) start tanning. It’s all a choice, I think.
